Kenyan Matatu Drivers

1)In the BBC documentary Matatu drivers where treated with no discrimination, as equals humans, as they are. The documentary was about the Kenya culture, because of that the BBC people were obligate to film the Matatu drivers. The also contacted Wambururu a famous Matatu driver to give the a trip. Unfortunately some Kenyans have a different opinion and think that the people who film them are always mocking them.

2)I think that they are discriminated in very similar ways. For example in the way that they are treated by the police. The cops just accuse them to break the law just because they are Matatu drivers or Mototaxistas. Most people think that they are thieves and disrespectful persons. In my case i used to think that due to the fact that in the south on the city you can see a lot of motorcycles violating traffic laws or with a lot of people on board. Also most of thieves are motocicle drivers. I think that a similar situation happen in Kenya. But that's not okay! we need to to stop those stereotypes and star giving people opportunities to success.
